After many years as a dancer, I turned to yoga to heal from a very difficult period in my life. The many practices of yoga are helping me become the person I want to be, and I am thrilled to help others find their own way. In terms of the physical practice, I love a good vinyasa flow that really moves, but I love, too, the steady strength of the long-held posture as well as the calming effects of restorative poses. I like to keep my classes interesting and meet each student where he or she is.
