I have been practicing Yoga for many years and am a fully qualified and accredited Yoga Teacher and a member of the BWY and Yoga Alliance. I have trained with Manju Pattabhi Jois, Shiva Rea, Swami Saradananda, Anne-Marie Newland, Lyn Core, Gurmukh, Maya Fiennes, Lara Bauman and Tara Fraser. I am also inspired by and continue to learn and study with various teachers from all disciplines. I continue to study and learn from various different teachers. I teach a Vinyasa style of yoga with the emphasis on breath controlled movement. I incorporate Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy and Anatomy and Physiology of the asanas to create a practice that awakens the mind body and spirit and brings emotional stability and clarity of mind. I have been using Essential Oils and alternative natural medicine from a young age to treat myself and have always been interested in the Holistic approach to healing and keeping fit and healthy.

I first became interested in Alternative treatments as a way to treat my Rheumatoid Arthritis and Eczema; they proved very effective, and so began my journey learning more about how to treat myself using natural remedies and how a healthy diet and lifestyle can help. I developed Asthma much later on and now work with Asthma UK as a Research and Policy adviser. I use Yoga and Pranayama to help with my Asthma and breathing andhave found this to work amazingly well.

I studied Yoga, Aromatherapy and Holistic Massage in order for me to practice what I passionately believe in. I use a holistic approach; this treats the mind, body and soul; and so works on a much deeper level than conventional treatments.

I am able to offer Yoga Lessons, Consultations and Treatments as part of an on-going process in the Beautiful Mind Beautiful Body approach and I use the Beautiful Mind Beautiful Body products. After an individual consultation, I can offer a personal tailor made treatment consisting of Aromatherapy, Essential Oils and Yoga to help heal your physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

I teach weekly Yoga classes in North and Central London. I also teach privately, one to one in London in the comfort and privacy of your home or office. Please contact me for further information.
