I began my yoga journey seeking rehabilitation for a running injury and was immediately enthralled by the grace, strength and focus of the practice. Experiencing heightened energy and inner happiness instilled by the yoga practice, I embarked on a journey that included self-study and deepening my understanding of the peaceful connection between mind, body and spirit. When the opportunity to become a certified yoga instructor presented itself, I embraced it wholeheartedly. After nine months of training at Monroe Yoga, I am honored to share my wisdom of yoga, giving individuals the personal knowledge and balance to transform their lives in small yet significant ways. Her practice is ever evolving and she is excited to help others discover their own journey of joy and well being. I currently teach Hatha yoga at Monroe Yoga and Tai Chi and offer free yoga services to community groups and events.
