I´ve been practicing Yoga and Meditation since I was 11 years old.
I took the hatha yoga practice more seriously in the past 8 years. Having just completed my 200 hours teacher training with Pedro Kupfer.
Vinyasa flow is my practice, love linking the breath with movement. For me it is a form of meditation, it helps me focus the mind giving me a sense of freedom. Which is the ultimate goal of yoga, right? Today I do things with my body I thought impossible a few years ago. Yoga is my way of living and it permeates all aspects of my life.
My classes are light and focused. Bringing flow, breath and alignment. I lead a conscious and safe practice. Inversion and arm balances are a passions of mine. Classes are challenging and compassionate.
