Being a part of successful technical corporate start-ups for years, and having a two young boys of her own, Julianna truly understands the need for hard working people and those with families, to have an outlet to relax, rejuvenate, heal, and detox from the everyday obstacles of life.
She has been practicing and studying yoga and holistic techniques since the 90s. She holds a 200 hour degree in Hatha Yoga from Finding Inner Peace, and completed a master 500 hour degree in Yoga Energy and Flow with Daniel Orlanksy. Her training included a core study of vinyasa yoga, with meaningful studies of Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meridian Yoga, Thai Yoga massage, the science of Ayurveda, physical and energetic asana alignments, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, yoga nidra, taught by world renowned scholars.
She also holds specialized training and certifications in areas such as Power, Prenatal, Postnatal, Yin, Meridian, Energy Flow, Senior, Chair Yoga, and more, teaching both privately and publically in studios, local recreational centers, large corporations, senior centers, children's groups and fitness gyms.
In addition to yoga, Julianna has gained extensive knowledge studying in Energetic Fields such as Reiki, Meridian Therapy, Acupressure, and Quantum Energetic Healing. She is fascinated with the art and modalities of healing. She has traveled throughout the world, and also continues to study broadly under international and local practitioners, whom have assisted her on a happier, healthier journey.
Although she continuously extends her studies, her biggest teachers and influences are her students. She is deeply honored with their presence and not only to share her knowledge with them, but more importantly, them sharing their wisdom with her.
