I've been teaching Fitness for 21 years, Personal training for 13, and teaching Fitness Yoga for 9 years. I absolutely love my job, and get a real buzz from seeing participants improve and progress through their practice. All classes are friendly, and welcoming, and are suitable for beginners through to advanced. I call my style of yoga - "Yoga with Attitude"!
