How Yoga Helps
Bergfeld found yoga after years of marathon and ultra-marathon racing at a highly competitive level (she holds the title of USATF 50K Trail Champion and has run a sub-3 hour marathon). Yoga was the only thing that "worked" to resolve and prevent repetitive strain injuries. She still trains hard and races when she can, but yoga is now a big part of her current life.
Training and Certifications
She is a Certified Baptiste Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and certified with the Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-500. Transformation occurs in our lives through seeking and living at our edge every day and giving up what we must. Hard work is good for us all in the long run of life, but have fun and enjoy every minute of it; come from "I am ready now".She relies on her yoga and meditation practice to keep her body fit and flexible.
