Hello! I’m Julie and Yoga has and continues to improve my life journey. I have experienced a wonderful physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation by practicing Yoga. My goal as your Yoga instructor is to guide you in your practice to grow and enjoy your journey. I prefer Gentle Yoga, Kripalu, Restorative, and Chair Yoga.
