Julie (Jot Priya Kaur) Sanders has been on her yogic journey for over thirty years. However, her life changed dramatically when she began practicing Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2014, helping to catapult her toward her truth and energizing her passion to support, nurture and guide mothers and the next generation.
A Yoga Alliance and KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Khalsa Way Kundalini Prenatal & Postpartum yoga instructor, Julie is also a DONA Int’l trained labor & birth doula, Ayurvedic focused postpartum support doula. She facilitates healing as a Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner and studies Tantric Numerology assisting students on their journey of self-discovery and self-mastery.
Through Julie continues to practice and share lifelong learning while supporting women and helping mothers fully understand their divinely feminine and creative power to bring joy and expansion to self, family, community and the world.
