Julie has been teaching yoga since 2003. Her classes combine ancient and seasonal wisdom along with modern insights to create a safe environment within which to explore and grow physically, emotionally and spiritually. She has studied with numerous teachers and has a special interest in the areas of women’s health & empowerment, and using yoga to manage moods, reduce stress and bring the body/mind back into balance to promote healing.
