At an early age, Julie found a deep connection with nature: its wisdom, beauty, contrast and balance. When she started yoga in 1999, it made immediate sense to her.
Yoga’s journey of the breath and movement can be a great teacher in finding strength and adaptability in all aspects of life. It helped Julie in healing past trauma and deep personal wounds, retaining a sense of identity and purpose.
Julie strives to make each class a loving space to nourish the body and explore all its beauty and wisdom so we can be more open to life’s experiences and connections.
Off the mat, Julie is a mother, explorer, artist and photographer.
