Julie Miller, E RYT 500, has been practicing yoga for many years, and her love and passion for the practice moves her to want to share the benefits she enjoys with others. She has become comfortable in her own skin, more empowered, has learned to be present, courageous and vulnerable while enjoying all that life has to offer. Classes are fun, inspirational, and revitalizing and students are guided to open and strengthen on the inside and out. She incorporates alignment instruction with a heart-felt theme to link the spiritual purposes of yoga to the physical practice. Students of all ability levels, shapes, and backgrounds are most welcome. Julie provides personal attention both during classes, and in private sessions, and offers a warm, safe environment in which to explore the transformational aspects of yoga.
Julie feels profound gratitude for all of her teachers with whom she has spent years studying many styles of the physical practice, psychology, philosophy, meditation, as well as anatomy, therapeutics and yoga therapy. She feels blessed to have so many people in her life who continually contribute to her personal growth and her teaching.
