I have practiced Dru Yoga for over 12 years. And I qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher nearly 5 years ago. I have taught classes for the same length of time.
A stressful life led me to attend yoga classes all those years ago. Other hobbies/past-times have come and gone but yoga has stayed with me. My first yoga class was a Dru Yoga one. I really took to Dru Yoga which is a gentle, flowing form of yoga suitable for all ages and abilities.
Dru Yoga brings together postures, sequences, breathing techniques and relaxation, to strengthen the body (especially the back) and calm the mind.
