I'm a mom of three boys who keep me on my toes (and sometimes drop things on them). My consistent yoga practice helps me stay sort of centered and somewhat sane. After more than a decade of practice, I received my 200-hour teacher training certification through Charm City Yoga and Kim Manfredi. Today I teach vinyasa style yoga to students of all levels in rooms both hot and not.
