I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years, off and on. Always coming back to yoga and loving how my body and mind felt after every class. Early this year I attended a paddleboard yoga workshop and fell in love with the feeling of doing yoga with sea beneath me. The feeling is amazing, tranquil, peaceful and challenging. I started my journey to becoming a qualified yoga teacher immediately so i could take that to the water and teach paddleboard yoga. On my teacher trainingjourney i discovered how much i loved teaching land based yoga as well as paddleboard yoga.
