Since my first blissful experience with progressive relaxation, I have studied various holistic and wellness modalities. I am a certified life coach, Reiki I practitioner, How Much Joy Can You Stand workshop facilitator, and professional writer. I am an avid student of yoga and mindfulness and have a passion for helping others find purpose, joy, peace, and a gentler path in life. I enjoy teaching a light-hearted , joyful approach to meditation, since so many things in our lives are heavy and serious. We can all find a greater sense of calm if we take the time to practice being in the moment.
