Since my first blissful experience with progressive relaxation, I have studied various holistic and wellness modalities. I am a certified life coach, Reiki I practitioner, How Much Joy Can You Stand workshop facilitator, and professional writer. I am an avid student of yoga and mindfulness and have a passion for helping others find purpose, joy, peace, and a gentler path in life. I enjoy teaching a light-hearted , joyful approach to meditation, since so many things in our lives are heavy and serious. We can all find a greater sense of calm if we take the time to practice being in the moment.

Relaxed, renewed, and satisfied

I love Julie. I love her energy, her personality, and her Joy Meditation class. When I need sometime to just let things go I find complete release in her classes. I am always well held, safe, and supported in her classes. She is so welcoming and caring. Julie really wants everyone who comes through the door to feel completly at ease and accepted. Her focus it let go of anything that is not keeping you feel at ease and peaceful in your body, mind, and spirit. I am very grateful that I have the opportunity to take her classes and get to know her as a person.
