I began practicing yoga in the 1980's when my back began to feel the effects of a long commute. Fifteen years later my friends asked me to teach them yoga in our living rooms, so I embarked on teacher training. Today I am a Certified Yoga Therapist, with over a decade of training. I teach group yoga classes, see private clients with various health conditions and teach at a hospital in the Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease. My passion is helping people learn that yoga is more than just poses - it's a doorway to their true nature.
