I have been practicing yoga for over 18 years. Actively seeking to find balance and awareness to my life, I trained as a yoga teacher, in order to share my joy of yoga and introduce people to the wonderful benefits of a regular practice. My style is a gentle hatha flow, which brings the mind, body and breath into unison; helping students become mindful and taking yoga into their daily lives. Live Good Yoga.
I have completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher Training with Yogacampus and continue to explore and advance my knowledge and practice by regularly attending workshops, retreats and intensives.
