I hated yoga UNTIL I took a class with Julie.Her instructions are clear and she makes sure that you are doing it correctly without injuring yourself. She has a calming and pleasant way about her that you sense immediately. I said I hated yoga, but I love it now, but only with Julie. Thanks. Marcia Turetsky

I truly enjoyed my class with Julie. Her explanations help me to continue to grow and understand in my learning and practice of yoga. Simple realigning and tips make each position more beneficial and so I am able to retain them when on my own. I think she should travel north!

Seventy-somethings, man and wife, consider ourselves so blessed that Julie teaches at our club fitness center. She provides comprehensive explanations of why we do poses and what part of the body will benefit, her caring attitude and personalized attention create a wonderful learning experience for us. Thank you for this lovely appreciation of our yoga time together. It's always interesting in a club fitness center environment to try and meet the needs of a mixed class; from first-timers to longstanding yoga practitioners. I am so happy you both feel "so much better" because of the yoga. That is feedback that will always make a yoga teacher happy!
Julie brings valuable experience in Anasura and Iyengar to her teaching. She works to improve her skills in yoga and in instruction.

Julie always gives you a great workout... hold positions long so you get strong Anusara style practice, with always something new on the menu. She pays very close attention to everyone alinements, and overly caring in terms of making sure that you do not get into positions where you hurt yourself.... She is a great teacher!
