Nice style, nice flow, good rhythm

JT does a good job of centering students, getting the breathing in cadence, and then working into a nice rhythmic flow. In the classes I've attended, she clearly is operating a bit under her capable pace to accommodate some newer students. Nice way to spend lunch hour for sure!

Great midday yoga downtown

Thoughtful routine for those of us who sit at a desk most of the day. Great stretching, posture building and mentally relaxing. A good workout leaving me refreshed but not sweaty for the second half of my day.

Wonderful Experience and Very Much Appreciated!

JTs Slow Flow Yoga is a perfect midday workout. JT leads you through a yoga practice in which you know you had a good workout without the inconveniences that make it difficult to change back into your business or work attire. Both the downtown location and the scheduled meeting times (11:30 and 12;30 each Tuesday and Thursday are so much more convenient than I could have ever hoped for. This makes going to the classes so easy. The Old Alabama Town gardens and restored buildings make it such a beautiful location and delightful to see each time I attend the class.

This was my first time taking yoga. Juliet was very helpful when I had questions, and I felt comfortable in the class. By the end of the session, I felt stretched and relaxed!
