With a background in dance and psychology, I aim to bring a balance of work and play to every session. I am an RYT-200 through Y7 studio, as well as a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My classes offer a balance between flow and and alignment to help everyone find their groove. Music moves me to breathe and you can expect an eclectic mix of tunes for every practice. While I love turning the volume up and working towards more advanced postures and arm balances, I also have a soft spot for pigeon pose and cookie dough.
