Yoga has been part of my life for over 5 years and my practice has helped me establish the beautiful connection between mind, body and spirit. It inspires me everyday to be mindful, peaceful and present.

Style of my classes vary from hatha, vinyasa flow to yin yoga and they all aim at balancing the mind and improving awareness of the body.
