Hi, my name is Justyna. I was introduced to yoga five years ago in 2011 and after attending my regular classes I decided to complete the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Yoga Course in 2015 which was followed by 200 hour Teacher Training Yoga (Alliance UK accredited) in London in 2016.
I am very passionate about yoga and always wanted to show others that yoga can be fantastic medicine free exercise. It is more than just a crossed leg position on the mat. It can be fun filled with new experiences. Yoga teaches of how to deal with stress efficiently, how to breathe, how to be in a moment and how to accept yourself as a worthy human being.
