Kacey Johnston couldn't touch her toes when she first began practicing yoga in 2007. Today, with eight years of practice and more than 200 hours of professional training behind her, she's a full fledged yoga instructor dedicated to helping folks of all ages learn to love their bodies no matter what level of fitness. Currently specializing in restorative yoga, Kacey is also trained in Hatha yoga and vinyasa flow and is working on her certification to teach Thai, prenatal and postnatal yoga. While her daily practice may have brought her success in losing all of her pregnancy weight, Kacey understands the importance of strength over weight and emphasizes this in her teaching. She carefully considers the goals and limitations of each of her clients and trains at a pace that's most beneficial to them. Heavily influenced by renowned Yogis like Nicole Shaw, David Regelin, Rachel Brathen and Richard Freeman, Kacey's mission is to spread health, happiness, love and tranquility through the power of yoga.
