With our very hectic life style, where we always are connected and stimulated from our surroundings, we need more and more to slow down, disconnect and practice being in the moment.
My classes will tap into creating space in the body and strengthen, stimulate, and tone through the breath, calming the mind, the goal of Yoga. The classes includes yoga postures, deep relaxation, breathing techniques, and meditation, focusing on the mind as much as the body. It is a gentle yet complete style of yoga, ideal for beginners and intermediates.
