I have been a student & teacher of Yoga for many years and have found Yoga to be a life changing/transforming practice as it led me out of serious anxiety and depression towards a more balanced way of living,breathing & being.
It is my aim to inspire and assist others through Yoga practices to manage the twists and turns of there lives.
For me the 'real' Yoga happens when we step off of our mats and into 'every day life'....can we use the Yoga principles in every day life to maintain a steadiness in our bodies. minds and
