All my classes are Mixed Ability Hatha Yoga classes.
My yoga classes combine both dynamic and relaxing elements of yoga through work on postures, breathing, flowing sequences and guided relaxation, helping you to feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.
All levels are welcome to join a yoga class with me. It doesn't matter if you're completely new to Yoga classes or have been practising yoga for a while - I'll help you find the right level for you.
Mats and equipment are provided.
