Mastery of the material comes with consistent practice. Awareness can be cultivated immediately regardless of one's physical condition, experience, or skills. I hold regular sound healing gong bath meditations as a means of creating a space of deep relaxation which may create a space for deeper release and healing. I am an advocate of sound healing as an alternative to pharmacology when treating mental illness. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation can also provide relief from symptoms in this regard.
