I teach Dru Yoga & Meditation. Dru is a flowing and potent style of yoga – for maintaining positive health and wellbeing. Its unique energy block release sequences will bring ease into the body and relax the mind.

Your lesson will finish with a guided deep relaxation of 20 minutes – for healing and replenishment to take place.

Weekly Small Group Classes:

Meditation courses run for 6 weeks, next one begins February 2017.
