I have been involved in health and fitness for the last decade. With a background as an ACE certified personal trainer, observing alignment and movement patterns have become second nature to me. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2010, I discovered the transformative powers of yoga practice in my own life. I have since received my 200 Hour training from YogaWorks in Valencia California. I strive to bring a sense of fun, freedom and kindness to my classes, and hope to impart nuggets of yogic wisdom along the way. My classes tend to be vinyasa-based (linking breath with movement) with strong emphasis on alignment and as a teacher, I strive to be both confident and humble, two traits I believe shine through in my classes. My intention is to cultivate happiness and balance through mindful living, and hope to inspire students to do the same.
