Yoga has been an amazing tool to keep me calm and get me through Breast Cancer twice. It helps me keep transforming and growing and I am passionate about teaching my students how to do this. How to find some sense pf calm, whatever is going o in their lives. I am a bog believer in community.
At the start of each class, we have the chance to catch up ad chat and I have some social media and separate spaces where students can connect with me to ask questions and feel connected.
I also have online programs to complements the yoga practise and self care.
I love specialising in Yin and Restorative style workshops to really let people stop and find some stillness.
I am British Wheel BWYQ 500 hours trained and always consider the safety of my students.
