Yoga has been an amazing tool to keep me calm and get me through Breast Cancer twice. It helps me keep transforming and growing and I am passionate about teaching my students how to do this. How to find some sense pf calm, whatever is going o in their lives. I am a bog believer in community.

At the start of each class, we have the chance to catch up ad chat and I have some social media and separate spaces where students can connect with me to ask questions and feel connected.

I also have online programs to complements the yoga practise and self care.

I love specialising in Yin and Restorative style workshops to really let people stop and find some stillness.

I am British Wheel BWYQ 500 hours trained and always consider the safety of my students.

I love Karen's classes! She injects the right balance of fun and humour with focused instruction. She is very considerate and always asks for permission before carrying out any hands-on adjustments. Not only does she explain the correct name for postures and their translations, but she also explains why we are doing them. I always come away from Karen's classes feeling like I can take on the world! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who is thinking of learning yoga.

Gifted teacher making for a great class!

I love the Thursday golfers class. There is a great atmosphere in comfortable surroundings. Karen is a gifted teacher who is very thorough but always mindful of the differing abilities. Each class has 'new' and 'known' postures and flows which stretch you as far as you want to go. Karen's encouragement, calm approach, and sense of fun make this a great experience!

unique place for yoga

with a lovely unique round room as the back drop to this class, Wednesday evenings at gedling academy are great for yoga. Karen explains and demonstrates all the postures, adapting classes for all. Its such a great relaxed atmosphere with postures to stretch you if you want.

A great class with a wonderful teacher

Yoga with Karen is the class I most look forward to every week. Every class is different and full of new yoga postures and breathing exercises.
Karen adapts all classes to everyone's aptitude and so anyone can join in.
Very friendly atmosphere and have made great friends though the classes.
It's a great class to clear your mind and reduce stress level while getting your heart rate up! All with the right balance.
