Karen L. Arthur

I am a yoga teacher in the Sivananda tradtion and psychotherapist in private pratice. I teach chair and gentle yoga. I also combine EFT tapping in my yoga classes. Integrating two professions I am passionate about, I offer private sessions in Yoga for trauma recovery, anxiety and stress management. I teach monthly workshops at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in NYC on Yoga and Recovery from Addictions.
