I love teaching older adults and seniors all levels of yoga. Emphasis on Breathwork, asanas with props including the use of chairs. I have a lot of students who have had hip and knee replacements or back surgery. And all the students strive for more flexibility, balance and lower stress. I incorporate asanas to build strength and the level depends on the students present. But I always offer modifications.
I personally love warm Hatha, intermediate Vinyassa and Yin so I substitute teach those types of classes.
