I’m Karen, a yoga teacher and healthy foods expert. I’m a very active and highly energetic person, and have always been into all sorts of physical activities.
When I started practicing yoga years ago, I felt something different from any other sport, a deeper connection with my body, and my mind. I became also much more aware of how and where I was weak.
From then on I started developing an inner strength on all aspects of my being - physically, mentally and emotionally - transfiguring my whole life.
I believe that Yoga is for everyone, and a great way to challenge the body and the mind through postures but also a way of life to practice both on and off the mat.
My biggest passion is today to share the gift of Yoga. My main form of practice and the lineage from which I come is Hatha – Vinyasa yoga, a dynamic flow which gives the freedom to creatively express oneself. This is what I consider the essence of Yoga, linking Breath and Movement with Intention, allowing us to become more present and free of stress, to reconnect with our spirit and the truth of who we are
