I've been practicing yoga for well over 15 years and teaching since 2013. I truly believe this world would be a kinder place if we all did a little deep breathing, connecting to our minds, body and the present. Yoga hasn't only helped my body to get stronger as I age, but to help me navigate with more confidence and purpose. My goal for each student is to enjoy their time on the mat, so much so, that they want to learn more, connect deeper and help to inspire others to give yoga a try.
