As owner of Just for You Wellness Studio, Karen delights in creating an atmosphere of warmth, friendship and personal growth. Karen is recognized as one of BC’s most dynamic fitness and health professionals and continues to develop her teaching repertoire to better serve her clients.
She brings over 30 years of teaching experience to the studio, including that of a Canadian Red Cross First Aid Master Instructor Trainer, a BCRPA Supervisor of Fitness Leaders, and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader. In addition Karen also teaches a variety of fitness and dance classes including Yoga, Pilates Mat, Zumba and Bootcamp.
Certifications
Canadian Red Cross First Aid Master Instructor Trainer, a BCRPA Supervisor of Fitness Leaders, and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader.
