I found yoga after a knee injury sidelined my gym activity. Yoga allowed me to work through my injury and build more strength and flexibility that "working out" could provide. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow in 2011. I did some additional training in Yin and love to teach both types of classes. I am passionate about modifications, as I truly believe yoga is for every body. I also love hands on assists to allow students to play and get deeper into the pose.
