I am a private and public yoga instructor, massage therapist, entrepreneur and amateur blogger. Yoga helped me uncover a relationship with myself that I had never experienced. I learned how to take care of and listen to my body. I learned that anything is possible. Inspired by my own teachers, I feel called to share the practice with others. I strive to create a space where students can feel supported and safe, yet challenged in their practice. My teaching style is typically creative, playful, and dynamic with an emphasis on correct breathing. My goal is to challenge both body and mind, leaving clients feeling balanced, energized, and blissful. In addition to my main passion of teaching, I also take private massage therapy clients, where I blend my knowledge of movement and anatomy to facilitate individual healing. If I'm not practicing yoga, you can find me writing blog posts, working on my website and products, or out hiking with my fiance!
