Kari has had a life long passion for fitness and has been teaching group fitness for over 25 years. In 2008, her desire for personal holistic wellness drove her pursuit of mind/body practice, first studying and practicing Iyengar yoga and then completing her 200 hour RYT through YogaFit.
Kari also became a certified personal trainer and introduced the amazing benefits of yoga postures, breathing and focus to help advance her clients’ level of fitness, as well as provide therapeutic relief and injury rehabilitation
Kari teaches and trains all ages and levels and variant styles of vinyasa, hatha and restorative yoga. She looks forward to sharing her passion of wellness and teaching throughout her life.
