I have been involved in Health and Wellness as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and RYT200 yoga teacher. I enjoy the motivation that comes from group classes and also appreciate the needs of an individual through one-on-one sessions.
Following the yogic principal of ahimsa, I live a vegan lifestyle. Everyone follows a path, and when the time is right, I mentor and gently guide people into a more compassionate, healthy way of life.
