I am a RYT200 certified yoga teacher. I discovered yoga in 2006 in my native Sweden when I was recovering from an ankle injury. I began practicing hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga and fell in love with the practice as I recognized the amazing benefits it had on my body and mind.
I hope to inspire awareness, balance and health through the practice of yoga. As we move, breath, slow down and listen, we connect with ourselves and the moment now.
I teach an alignment based vinyasa yoga that is compassionate, warm and empowering.
