My focus as a instructor is emotional release and reconnecting with the body through breath, poses, intention and awareness.
I am also a licensed nurse, massage therapist (specializing in Thai massage) and nutritional coach. I have additional training in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Reiki, Theta Healing, prenatal yoga and Vipassana meditation. I facilitate a monthly women only full moon class into which the full moon gong is incorporated.
