Karli is a sunshine, saltwater, nature loving gypsy. She first fell in love with the practise of Yoga whilst living and working in a remote indigenous community in the north of Western Australia. However, it was not until the summer of 2014, during a surf and yoga retreat in Bali that she realised how powerful yoga can be as a tool for helping others. Since then she has travelled all over the world practising and learning with many different people in many different places, from the busy streets of New York, to the remote beaches of Nicaragua where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training. She is also a qualified Pilates teacher and holds a Bachelor of Communications and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. Her passion is inspiring awareness, gratitude, philanthropy, and helping people to learn ways to love and nurture their body and mind. She feels that Yoga is an incredible tool to help people in many ways.
Karli enjoys the playful and creative aspect of yoga, especially incorporating music, mindfulness, strength and flow. Yoga can be physical exercise one day, and emotional therapy the next. Yoga has the ability to meet you each day, where you are.
Although Karli’s Yoga journey has just begun, she has many years experience working in Mental Health and is passionate about blending the world of mental health and yoga to help people, whoever they are, wherever they are, on their own personal journey.
