Kata is a yoga and pilates teacher, holding a Yoga for kids and a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 hour certification.
She considers herself as a forever student, walking in this universe with an open heart, always ready to learn from whatever encounters her path, would it be nature or souls.
She is devoted to the practice of yoga and pilates for over a decade . She loves sharing her passion through a warm and friendly environment in which students can practice safely and comfortably.
Her aim is to make her students feel energized and refreshed after each class, to help them reconnect with their inner-selves and to experience our natural sate of being – happiness.
Her style was influenced by Jivamukti initially and throughout the years she deepened her knowledge in various styles. She is keen on alignment and the safety of her students.
She encourages you to drop your ego, to stop comparing yourself to others and to walk your path with your own pace.
