Katalin is a certified Sivananda style of Hatha Yoga Teacher. She is teaching in 10 week courses for beginner and intermediate levels of hatha yoga classes. All groups are small sizes (6-10) people.
Students also can sign up her private yoga classes.
All classes are focused on the 12 basics hatha yoga postures (asanas). breathing exercises (pranayamas) and meditation deep relaxation.
