I've been practising yoga daily for over a decade and throughout that time it's been an anchor in my life - keeping me fit, healthy, happy, and grounded through 3 pregnancies, a complete change of career and plenty of life events along the way.
In 2013 I set up the Lushtums pregnancy and post-natal women's yoga classes in Haywards Heath, which I continue to teach (please see my current timetable at )
These days I teach up to 12 classes a week, ranging from hatha and vinyasa flow to restorative, postnatal and pregnancy yoga. I aim to teach the kinds of classes that i enjoy practising myself - those that get the circulation flowing and release tensions within the mind and body.
