Following professional dance training and a career as a dancer and teacher, I have moved into teaching yoga. I have been practising yoga for fifteen years after discovering Ashtanga Vinyasa at the London School of Contemporary Dance. I continued my practice in Brighton at the Buddhist Centre with Kevin Donovan, the Natural Health Centre and Natural Bodies.
My background in dance has informed my approach to yoga, giving me an excellent understanding of anatomy and body awareness. I am also able to offer a range of yoga styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga.
I specialize in post-natal, teen yoga and workplace yoga.
