I love teaching beginners, especially people who may be struggling with physical limitations due to injury and/or emotional limitations due to trauma. I like to think of the body as a predictable structure within which to work together in unison with the mind and the soul to reach one's fullest potential, to operate as one's most authentic self. I also love connecting to expectant and new moms to offer support and community for them through their yoga practice.
